Spending most of his time on the road working with clients and training, he maintains his understanding and passion for the industry by being immersed in it every day. In addition, Pilgrim Hospitality, LLC contracts with a variety of experts in the hospitality field to work with their clients on a full array of services such as operations, technology, strategic marketing planning, finance, service auditing and many more areas.
